As a highly passionate, experienced, energetic and inspiring thought leader I’m driving the Digital Mindshift within different (worldwide) organisations, teams and management. By combining my technology, marketing, social and creative experiences with a 7 year corporate and 4 year agency background I am setting my focus in developing and driving highly successful and innovative integrated strategies, ideas and solutions and moving teams and organisations to next levels.

I love innovation, I love ideas and more of this – I love to develop and managing innovations by re-structuring and aligning with partners and colleagues, driven by results and arranged targets. My working-mantra is the “Digital Mindshift”: Moving organisations and teams to an open, transparent and performing connected-digital culture, driving cultural changes with a clear structured systemic approach. I love to work flexible in virtual environments as well as in-person with different kind of cultures and mindsets to find and drive alignment and progress.

Dieter Zirnig has finished studies in Tourism-, Marketing- and Free-Time-Management (Tourismuskolleg Warmbad Villach) and Mediatechnology- and design at the University of Applied Sciences in Hagenberg. At the moment he is heading for an additional Diploma in Systemic Coaching (ACC-certificated) at the Academy for Systemic Coaching in Vienna (2008-2012) with his thesis “Digital Mindshift”.
